At Genki Boost, all products are consumable dietary supplement products. For health, safety, and quality-control reasons, we do not accept returns, even if the product is unopened.
Because our products are consumables, please do not send any product back to us unless we specifically instruct you to do so. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or there is an issue caused by Genki Boost, please contact us as soon as possible at Nicholas.Ton@getgenkiboost.com.
To help us review the issue, please include your order number, a description of the problem, and photos if applicable.
Although we do not accept returns, refunds, replacements, or store credit may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise unsatisfactory experiences caused by Genki Boost.
If your request is approved, we will notify you and process the approved refund, replacement, or store credit. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
