Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with GenkiBoost. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 0–2 business days after your order is placed.

Our daily order cut-off time is 11:00 PM local time. Orders placed after the cut-off time may be considered received on the next business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Shipping Methods

We currently offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Economy Shipping

USPS Ground Advantage Commercial
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days after the order has been processed and accepted by USPS.

Standard Shipping

USPS Priority Mail
Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days after the order has been processed and accepted by USPS.

Shipping rates and available methods will be shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer due to USPS delays, weather, holidays, high shipping volume, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

The total time to receive your order is the order processing time plus the carrier delivery time.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow time for USPS tracking updates to appear after your label is created.

Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. GenkiBoost is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to pick up the package, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to USPS, delivery is handled by the carrier. If your package is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received, please check the tracking information and contact USPS for the most current delivery details.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged package and product. We will review the issue and help determine the next steps.
